See our latest collections and Chicago’s most talented artists at the historic Flat Iron Arts Building from 6 pm -10 pm where you can explore two floors of art displayed in the intimate setting of over three-dozen resident artists’ studios and living spaces.

Also on hand will be a selection of guest artists exhibiting in the building’s common areas, as well as impromptu performances throughout the evening.

We’ll have snacks and cash bar. BYOB welcome!

Manifestation may seem like an esoteric concept, but it is really quite simple. When you have a problem, or any kind of issue, what do you focus on? You can focus on a few things, the “good”, the “bad”, what you learned, etc. To manifest, you want to think about the solution. And you need to be really specific with how you direct your energy. .

Recently, I have been cutting everything out of my life that is fake - people, products, etc. Unfortunately, one of the first things to go was my deodorant. It’s on a very porous area and toxins can leach into your body fast. I say “unfortunately” because I workout for 4+ hours a day, not including teaching 🙁 Anywho, for months I was focusing on finding a deodorant that aligned with my health goals and kept me from smelling. And then - poof - @sprucenaturals literally fell into my lap. It was everything I had wanted and I have been smelling good ever since. .

This is just one of HUNDREDS of examples. Actually, the biggest example would probably be Liz waltzing into my life ❤
